The Dimensions Decisive Behaviour Programme offers a range of resources and support for everyone, to help promote personal discipline and positive attitudes to learning - a whole school approach to behaviour management.
For Staff
A step-by-step responsible behaviour development programme that promotes positive relationships, clear expectations and guided choices, empowering all adults working in school.
For Pupils
Focused practical sessions to teach responsible behaviour and a Responsible Behaviour Skills Ladder to enable simple target-setting and easy monitoring of social and emotional development.
For Parents
Resources linked to parent workshop sessions helps to ensure involvement and collaboration between home and school, to try and develop a more consistent approach to teaching about responsible behaviour.
